One thing I forgot to mention is that we are now offering a Projector Lamp Remanufacturing service - read on:
In basic terms, you send us your blown lamp and we strip it down to component form. It is then rebuilt using a new "burner" and components as required, before being tested. The remanufactured lamp is then sent back to you with a 3 month warranty to boot. We have done a few now and the feedback on our rebuilt lamps has been pretty good. The real advantage is that sometimes particular lamps are out of stock for a few weeks whereas we can have a lamp rebuilt and back to you within a few working days.
Our charge is £175.00 +VAT for this service and includes the carriage fees.
